HSI understands that many hotels already have infrastructure in place to deliver High Speed Internet Access. However, that solution may be lacking some key elements that could make the service more efficient and easier for the guests to use and reduce some of administrative or technical problems for the hotel. For this reason, we offer a variety of services that are available “a la carte”. Our services can complement and enhance the current implementation and help avoid the issues faced by an incomplete solution. These services can be contracted on an annual or multi annual basis.

Administration		Support
	Through the implementation of the Eleven OS operation system, HSI can centrally administer and manage the Internet Service. This includes Plan and code generation, complete user and bandwidth control, and report generation. HSI can provide access to Eleven OS should the hotel want to manage the administration on their own.		HSI offers 24x7x365 bilingual support via a toll free 01 800 number and Live Chat attended by bilingual agents ready to support the end user or the hotel. In some areas like Los Cabos, Guadalajara, Cancun, Mexico City and Puerto Vallarta, HSI has personnel available for on-site support for groups, conventions or other specials events.
SMTP Forwarding		Monitoring
	SMTP forwarding is a service that allows visitors from other Domains or Countries to send emails without the problem of “bounce back”. It does not require any special configuration of the guests' computer but does ensure the mails sent out are properly delivered to any recipient.		HSI network monitoring is constantly checking the status of the network ensuring all the critical components are functioning correctly. Should any monitored product fail, the system notifies our Network Operation Center (NOC) so that an agent can take the appropriate action to resolve the issue.
Bonding		Onsite Support
	The Bonding service allows the joining of up to 7 broadband connections for increased speed, capacity, redundancy, and load balancing. Bonding ADSL connections together can yield greater performance at a lower cost than Dedicated connections.		HSI has local offices in our major markets staffed with technicians to repair, configure or install equipment. We currently have representatives in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Los Cabos, Cancun, Puerto Vallarta and Huatulco. We expect to open offices in Monterrey, and Acapulco in the near future.
