CUSTOMER CONTACT The process starts with an initial customer lead or follow up with an existing customers to present a service for the first time or to enhance a current customers network.
NEEDS ASSESMENT Discussing and clearly understanding the needs and requirements of the customer enables HSI to develop a plan for the integration of the elements to best suit the customer's objectives. SITE SURVEY HSI will design the initial network configuration but will not implement until the proposed solution is tested and validated by implementing a full onsite survey. This serves to confirm the products contemplated will function as expected when finally installed. PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT Based on the findings of the Site Survey and overall project objectives, a formal proposal is developed which will include a timeline, product requirements, network certification and any other aspects required by the customer. INSTALLATION & CERTIFICATION After installation, network coverage is verified by 'room by room' testing and a complete technical report is presented for final acceptance of completion of mutually agreed specifications. Training of the appropriate hotel staff is implemented and the service is activated. ONGOING ACTIVITIES On an ongoing basis, depending on the established agreements, HSI will monitor, administer, maintain, service and support the guest's Internet network to ensure maximum performance for a pleasant and gratifying guest experience. The cycle begins again as new technologies come to market, and we proactively work assessing the needs with our customers for future technological and support implementations. |
